Registration fees are used by Talleyville to assure the operation of all phases of the league. Talleyville is a non-profit organization. As a result registration fees are non-refundable with the exception of significant extenuating circumstances. An example of such a circumstance is a medically verified injury impacting the ability to play. ALL requests for refunds must be presented to the Talleyville Board which will determine by majority vote if the extenuating circumstance is significant enough to warrant a refund. The Board will also calculate a reasonable amount of the refund if a total refund is not approved. In order to receive a refund of the registration fee the parent/guardian of a player must submit their request by e-mailing the Talleyville Board at [email protected]. No refunds will be considered without a written request. Allow approximately 3-6 weeks for processing if a refund is approved.

 

Refund requests MUST include the following information:

 

1.  Player's full name and division

 

2.  Parent/Guardian's name

 

3.  Reason for refund request

 

4.  Complete mailing address

 

It should also be noted that if warranted the Talleyville Board may request additional information as deemed necessary.
